Skits in cheese sauce, there are many options for lazy cabbage rolls, today I want to share just this, because this option is very tasty and my daughter loves it. Suitable for any side dish, minced meat, by the way, you can take any not only chicken.

Recipe:

minced meat -500g

cabbage -200g

rice -2-3 tbsp

onion -2pcs

garlic -2tooth

egg -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp

black pepper - to taste

bread crumbs - for deboning

processed cream cheese -300g

milk -150ml

garlic -1-2tooth

COOKING METHOD

And so we twist 500 grams of chicken fillet from both my thighs and breast. Immediately twist 2 onions and a couple of garlic cloves, twist another 200 grams of white cabbage.

While we are doing the minced meat, let’s cook the rice at the same time until tender.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of boiled rice to the minced meat, break 1 egg, add half a tsp. salt, black pepper and mix everything. If suddenly your minced meat is watery, you can add a couple of tablespoons of bread crumbs. I didn't need it today.

Stir and form lazy cabbage rolls, roll in breadcrumbs.

We take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, fry the blanks over high heat until golden brown on both sides.

Pour 150 ml of milk into a bowl, add 300 grams of melted cheese, I have cream cheese, add a couple of cloves garlic passed through a garlic press, mix, the fastest way to do this using a submersible blender.

We take a deep stewpan from my company kukmar, it is thick-walled and quite heavy, so it keeps heat well, just what I need.

Put the fried blanks, fill with cheese and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, until tender.

While languishing, we will prepare a side dish for me today macheroni.

It's been 20 minutes that the lazy cabbage rolls are ready, you can sprinkle with herbs if you wish.
