Excellent home-cooked meals to fast and tasty to feed the whole family, but with a minimum expenditure of time and money.
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced meat
150 c. steamed rice
500 gr. cabbage
carrot
2 tomatoes or 2-3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 cup water
2 pcs. onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. l. potato starch
egg
salt
bell pepper
black pepper powder
Bay leaf
vegetable oil
greens
Preparation:
1. Cabbage cut finely, you can try to rub on a medium grater. Not into a puree, and in small chips.
2. Carrots and grate, onions, peel and cut into cubes.
3. Garlic is passed through the press. Chop greens.
4. Boil the rice until tender in salted water. Then cool and optional rinse with warm water.
5. Mix the minced meat, cabbage, onions, carrots, garlic, fresh herbs and boiled rice.
6. Break into large egg stuffing. Add salt and season with pepper.
7. Knead until homogeneous minced. If it is bad, "molded", then pour 1 tbsp. l. starch or flour.
8. Form of a mass of oblong meatballs, stuffed cabbage.
9. Lubricate the form of vegetable oil and put it in her lazy cabbage rolls.
10. Put shape with stuffed cabbage in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
11. Mix sour cream with tomato paste or tomato puree. Pour the mixture into warm water.
Season with salt and pepper. Do not forget about the bell pepper and bay leaf.
You can add a blend of herbs or peppers.
If the sauce is liquid, then add the sauce for 1 hour. l. flour.
12. Take the form to the stuffed cabbage and pour their sauce. It must not completely cover the meatballs, enough for 2/3 of cabbage.
13. Return the form in the oven for another 30 minutes.
14. Serve the cabbage rolls with your favorite side dish.
