I put three tablespoons of flour with a small slide in a deep bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt without a slide. I will stir.

Pie dough recipe

I add three tablespoons of oil to the flour and pour 250 grams of freshly boiled water, mix. If lumps remain, don't worry. It's okay. Then they "disperse". We are waiting for the mass to cool down to a warm state.
