How to peel kiwi fruit
Before cleaning the kiwi, wash it under running water and dry it with a towel. I believe that washing the kiwi is not necessary, since we will remove the peel from it, but still wash it, for prevention.
Using a sharp knife, I cut off the edges of the kiwi. The knife is no longer required.
Then I take a teaspoon. Gently pry off the peel and insert the spoon.
I walk with a spoon along the perimeter of the kiwi, thus separating the flesh from the rind. If the berry is too large, then you will need to turn it over and repeat the procedure.
