Today I want to share a recipe for delicious mmilky dessert with berries. It turns out to be so tender and tasty that it is addictive and you don't notice how the whole portion flies away. It's good to cook quickly and not difficult, so you can cook every day. See for yourself.

Recipe:

Milk -500ml.

Sugar -50g.

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Vanilla sugar -1 pack

Corn starch -60g.

Berries -50-70g.

COOKING METHOD

Pour 500 ml into a saucepan. milk, I take fatter, it is even better to take 10% cream. Add 50 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar I a pack, a pinch of salt and add 60 grams of corn starch, mix everything. I do not recommend replacing it with a potato one, with it you get a dessert that tastes different and the finished one may not keep its shape well, it will blur.

We put on fire and cook over low heat until thickened.

The mass has already thickened, After thickening, cook for about a minute and remove from heat, add any fresh berries, I have frozen currants, I did not defrost it beforehand.

Stir lightly so that there is no uniformity. Pour immediately into a mold covered with cling film, cover with a film and leave to cool. Now we cut the dessert into pieces and serve the dessert to the table, you can pour it with chocolate or jam.
