In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Once again I want to say that in order to lose weight on a calorie deficit and keep your body healthy, it is not necessary to underestimate the daily kalorazh. No need to sit 1,200 kcal and even more for less!

Let's put priorities:

  • we want to lose weight and keep the result,
  • we want to lose weight and do not hurt yourself,
  • we want to be fed, eat well and lose weight.

And for this we need only 15-20% of the deficit of the daily calories, which can easily be calculated using the internet calorie counter norms of the Harris-Benedict formula.

Understatement daily energy intake will result in the fact that your weight will fall, and the body goes into self-preservation mode, disabling many of its functions.

I went through similar when wrong and overcome plateaus reduction in energy intake. As a result, I had to raise the calories from 1100 to 1400. For a long time the weight was and started down only 1,300.

Today I decided to implement the idea with dumplings and devote time to their harvesting.
