My chicken soup has always turned out delicious and rich, and recently I have learned to cook it even tastier. Each housewife has her own recipe for making this soup, but the principle is always the same, so my advice will certainly be useful to you.

The key to a delicious chicken soup is a good rich broth. If the broth is cooked correctly, then the soup can no longer be spoiled. Everything you do next will lead to delicious results. Therefore, I began to cook the broth a little differently and the result amazed me: the taste of the soup became much better, much better!!! I learned about this secret from a blogger on YouTube.

So, I used to pour cold water over the chicken, add salt and just boil it. When boiling, of course, it removed the scale. Well, it seems to be nothing special, everyone does it. And the soup ended up being quite good, my whole family always ate it with pleasure.

And recently I learned that the broth turns out to be much tastier if the chicken is cooked over the slowest heat. The fire should be minimal, but the broth should boil a little. And if you cook on medium, when it boils strongly or moderately, it will not turn out so tasty. I would even say not tasty at all.

There should be a lot of chicken, then the broth will turn out rich and rich. And to make it even tastier, during cooking, add one small whole carrot, or half, and one head of onion to the chicken. You don't need to cut or grate vegetables! We put them entirely.

We also add salt to taste, a few black peppercorns, and 5 minutes before cooking bay leaf. If the chicken is homemade, then we cook it for more than an hour, if it is store-bought, then 40-45 minutes.

Then remove the onion, carrot, pepper and bay leaf with a slotted spoon. We filter the broth and you can continue to cook the soup. Try to cook the broth this way and you will be surprised how delicious it will turn out! But the most important thing is to cook over very low heat. This is the whole secret. Bon Appetit!
