Cleansing the body of toxins and disease-causing mucus is a necessary thing. We reduced the use of mucus-forming foods (gluten-containing ...) and added mucus-breaking foods (ginger, lemon, horseradish, garlic, spices, herbs, etc.) to the diet.
Periodically we make various cleansing drinks: lemonades, fruit drinks, kvass. Today we are making a ginger-tangerine-wheat drink.
Ingredients:
1. Ginger root - piece 1x1 cm (bactericidal)
2. Mandarin - 1 piece (vitamin C, oils)
3. Wheat germ - bunch (3-5 cm) (chlorophyll cleanses the blood)
4. Cloves - 1-2 pcs (reduces the overall "sugariness")
5. Water - 1-2 cups (melted)
Preparation
We take greens (from the windowsill), New Year's tangerine and fresh ginger, wash it well, cleanse everything superfluous.
Put the pulp of tangerine, a peeled piece of ginger root in a blender container, add shorn wheat greens, throw in a clove.
Then pour warm water, grind for about a minute. we filter through a strainer and a healthy drink is ready.
We drink it in the morning in small sips slowly, washed down with warm water. Have a nice day and good health, friends! :)
