Often from those who accidentally wandered into my channel and read a couple of phrases, comments fly in - "why was it necessary to bring myself up to 132 kg, I had to immediately pull myself together as soon as excess weight appeared."

It seems that these people are surrounded only by slender and fit people who control their nutrition from an early age. And also the feeling that such commentators cannot see beyond their noses. And if they did, they would see a lot of overweight people who struggle with it throughout their lives. And they do not always win in this fight.

I'm not even talking about the fact that after reading a little more than one sentence or looking at not only pictures, you can understand where exactly these 132 kg came from. Because, like many, I ate them with the help of diets, which I constantly talk about.

Yes, you were not mistaken, and I was not mistaken when I wrote above that I put on weight with the help of diets. Naturally, there was overeating, although I often thought (like many others) that I was eating little. But then I still did not understand that little does not mean not high in calories.

If I knew 10 years ago that it is possible to control nutrition by counting calories, if only one nutritionist would give me this advised (and not to sit for a month on stewed cabbage and boiled breast, after which I started having stomach problems) - I would not gained 132 kg.

After each diet, if you still sustain it and achieve results, what usually happens? We begin to celebrate weight loss and quietly eat everything back and even more than it was, because we return to our usual diet, and even try to reward ourselves for the diet we lived through.

And if we break off the diet, then we begin to scold ourselves and eat even more and more.

No one will put our brains in our place, except ourselves.

If we do not constantly control ourselves, consciously approach what we eat and how much we eat, we will deflate and swell like a ball. How long will we last? The balloon will burst quickly.

I managed to understand that it is necessary to change eating habits, control myself, control my diet.

Thanks to calorie counting, I managed not only to lose weight, but also to change my eating habits, to learn to understand how much food I need in order not to get better again.

No more diets!

I will give as an example a menu with the calculation of KBZHU my diet for the day.

I slept a little today. I wanted to make khachapuri for breakfast, but changed my mind and quickly made sandwiches for myself so as not to waste time. It was high time to get down to work, and I was just sitting down to breakfast.

Dried bread (65 g), curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (80 g).

I ate sandwiches with green tea. Learned breakfast for 390 kcal.

I ate right at the computer.

I had a snack today 150 g of casserole with raspberries and black currants with 50 g of yogurt and 5 g of date syrup.

The snack came out on 245 kcal.

Yesterday everyone ate what was cooked for several days. And I had to cook both lunch and dinner today.

I still have a fried liver after making a salad with Dor Blue sauce (the salad recipe is on YouTube, for those who were waiting for it). I stewed vegetables - onions, carrots, bell peppers. I added some soft cottage cheese and the remaining liver to the vegetables. And for a side dish, I boiled cauliflower and mashed it with a small amount of cream and butter. As for me - that cauliflower, that broccoli love butter and only with it they reveal their taste. I add as much oil as my conscience allows me.

150 g of stewed liver and 200 g of cauliflower puree for lunch went to 360 kcal.

I had lunch and went back to work. Today the sun shines with us sometimes, breaking through the clouds. I walked a little last night - it was frosty. Today I didn't even stick my nose out into the street, but judging by the fact that the sun was shining, it's cold outside. I will work at home, in the warmth - somehow I don't feel like going outside, and I don't need to go anywhere. Moreover, when the sun is shining in the window, my mood immediately rises and things immediately go more fun.

By the evening I finished all my working moments and went to cook dinner. Some of you recently reminded me of gratin - so I decided to cook it for the whole family. Gratin cooked with potatoes and turkey drumsticks. Enough of it for tomorrow.

My dinner is 270 g of gratin - 375 kcal.

In the evening I will rest again, but first, as usual, I will finish the article for youπŸ˜‰

And under the film, and with green tea, free calories were spent on 30 g of dried mango - 95 kcal.

Do you know what movie we are watching now? You will never guess - "4 tankers and a dog". Old Polish TV series. Itself, to be honest, shocked by this. But such a cute dog there - I'm just watching a movie for the sake of the dog.

We got 1460 kcal per day. B - 122, F - 55, U - 112.

I don't forget to drink water, do a little exercise and take care of my skin.

This was my 2020. Difficult for all of us, tense, incomprehensible. But at the same time, for me the year was happy, eventful, bright. I hope he will stay the same and we will spend it, saying thank you for everything that was good in him.
