I want to share with you today a recipe for liver rolls.
This dish is good in itself and as a main dish. And as a snack like not only losing weight!
We need:
- chicken livers 200 g
- 1 egg.
- 100 ml of yogurt.
- 2 tablespoons with a small mound of rice flour (I wholegrain).
- medium carrot
- bulb
- cottage cheese.
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Preparation.
Washed well with liver and we clean it.
The mixer interrupting chicken livers, add egg, yogurt, flour, salt and pepper to taste and mix well all.
Carrot Grate, finely cut onions and fry in a nonstick frying pan over a drop of olive oil, add water so that does not stick.
Of liver test nonstick skillet bake pancakes, covered on each side by one and a half minute of the (until done), I got 5 pieces.
When all the ingredients are prepared, assemble rolls.
Lubricates hepatic pancake curd cheese and grated garlic to taste (literally 2 teaspoons cheese), put the roast on top and turn roll.
Finished rolls should brew and soak. I put them in a container and put into the refrigerator.
