Recipe eggplant slices with garlic
Ingredients:
- 1 kg eggplant
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 0,5 art. vegetable oil
- 1.5 hours. l. salt
- 3 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
- Bay leaf
- pepper
Cooking method:
1. Eggplant wash and cut into slices. To not darkened lower them in salted water for 20 minutes.
2. Fry aubergine slices in vegetable oil until golden brown.
