And today I want to share with you a completely different recipe for cutlets! I call them "lazy" - because they do not need to be sculpted and you do not have to touch the minced meat with your hands.

But the cutlets cooked according to this recipe are obtained always juicy and very tasty. I recommend cooking!

Ingredients for making "lazy" cutlets:

Minced meat (any) - 700-750 g
Bulb onions - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise (sour cream or natural yogurt) - 3 tbsp. l.
Potato starch - 3 tbsp l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying cutlets.

And now we start cooking ...

First of all, we peel and chop the onion - you can twist it through a meat grinder, grate it, interrupt it in a blender or chop it finely and finely with a knife. The chopping method is not fundamental, but it is important that the pieces are as small as possible, so that later the onions can be fried.

Next, add minced meat to the chopped onion - whatever you prefer. This time I was cooking turkey from minced meat. We also break eggs into a bowl, salt, pepper, add chopped garlic (you can put dried garlic). You can also add greens.

We mix all this with a spoon.

Now add mayonnaise and starch. And mix again. Minced meat is ready, you can fry cutlets. As you noticed, the cutlet mass turned out thinner than usual - and it should be so, you don't need to shape these cutlets with your hands.

And then pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan for frying, heat up and spread the cutlet mass directly with a spoon, already in the pan slightly touching up the uneven edges. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Then turn over and fry the other side for another 3-4 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.

The cutlets are ruddy, tender and very, very juicy. They will be delicious both immediately after cooking and after cooling. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
