Popular drink appeared in the 40s of the last century in the distant Havana and it was especially fond of Ernest Hemingway. Now mojitos are served at any bar or cafe. And best of all to cook at home, with your own hands. The drink is an alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
In this article, recipe classic mojito alcohol.
Mojito Recipe Classic
Ingredients:
- 5-7 leaves of fresh mint
- 50 ml white rum
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar syrup or 2 hours. l. cane sugar
- 1 lime
- 2/3 Art. crushed ice
- 150 ml of carbonated water (tonic)
Cooking method:
1. In a tall glass put mint leaves.
2. Lime cut into pieces.
3. In a glass of juice to squeeze out of the lime slices.
4. Half as much as a slice of lime to shift into a glass.
5. Pour into a glass and pour sugar syrup, cane sugar.
6. Mash mint leaves with lime and sugar with wooden pestle or large spoon.
7. Fill the beaker to the top of crushed ice.
8. Pour over ice white rum.
9. Cold soda water or tonic pour into glass.
10. Ready cocktail decorate to your liking.
Serve with a straw or tube.
Delicious drink ready.
