Ingredients for cooking:

Milk - 1 cup (200-250 ml)
Boiling - 1 cup (200-250 ml)
Flour - 1 cup (200-250 ml)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup (50-60 ml)
Sugar - to taste
Salt - 2 pinches

As already mentioned, we need one full glass of milk, flour and boiling water. Moreover, measures the cup (s) may be of any volume - 200 ml or 250 ml, even 300... However, this amount must be equal for all 3 ingredients!!! That is, measurement is better to take one glass, and all... I have a set of identical glasses, so each ingredient is used alone.

Now, in a bowl break the eggs, add sugar (I add 1 tbsp.. L), salt, vegetable oil and pour whisk mixer - just 15 seconds. If no blender, then whisk have to work, but a little bit longer ...

Without stopping whisking, pour hot water into the egg mixture, after 5 seconds milk.

Then add the flour. Continue beating until smooth, it may be another 15 seconds. That is, if all the ingredients are on hand, the dough will be ready in less than 2 minutes.

Now fry the pancakes on a well-heated frying pan on both sides until browned. I like to fry the pancakes, they are not "capricious" - flexible, easy to roll over and do not stick.
