Today I want to invite you to cook "unusual" donuts with apples. I found this recipe on the Internet some time ago and now, when there are apples, I often cook such donuts.

I cut apples, put them in the dough and prepare a real "yummy": I share the recipe for our favorite apple donuts

The preparation is very simple, but the result is simple... Delight!!! And it turns out a lot.

Ingredients for making apple donuts with kefir:

Kefir - 200 ml
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1/4 tsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 160-190 g
Apples - 2-3 pcs.
Vegetable oil

Let's start cooking ...

First of all, pour kefir into a deep bowl, add sour cream, sugar, salt and break the eggs. Stir everything thoroughly with a whisk or spoon.

Sift the flour along with the baking powder and add it to the liquid ingredients in a bowl in several steps. The dough is obtained as for ordinary pancakes.

Now peel the apples and remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Transfer the sliced ​​apples to the dough and mix.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan or a saucepan with a thick bottom - so much that the donuts float without touching the bottom, heat it up. And then, using a spoon, put the dough with apples in the butter: it is convenient to collect the dough with a hill in one spoon, and push this lump into the butter with the other spoon. Fry donuts over moderate heat, as they should bake well in the middle.

After frying one side, turn over and continue cooking until golden brown. You should not immediately spread a lot of donuts to fry - when heated, they will grow very much in volume. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
