And today I will dare to offer you a recipe for delicious cottage cheese buns, no doubt there will be those who will appreciate this recipe.

The buns prepared according to this recipe are fluffy, airy and very tasty! Try it.

For the test:
Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Egg - 1 whole and 1 white from the second egg
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Flour - 500 g
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 350 g
Yolk - 1 pc., The one that remained
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - to taste
Egg - 1 pc. for greasing buns

Heat the milk until warm (about 30-40 degrees), pour it into a deep bowl, in which we will knead the dough, add fast-acting yeast and sugar. Mix everything well and while we set it aside, let the yeast mixture stand for 5-10 minutes so that the yeast wakes up and begins to "work".

And at this time we have time to prepare the filling - it will take you literally 5-7 minutes. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar and a little vanillin to taste, one chicken yolk and mix everything. And while we send the curd mass to the refrigerator.

At this point, the yeast is already activated, add salt, an egg and the protein left over from the first egg to it, pour in vegetable oil. Stir everything thoroughly.

Next, sift the flour and knead a smooth, soft, elastic dough (you can knead it even by hand, even with the help of suitable kitchen appliances - there will be no difference). Cover the bowl with the dough with a foil or lid and leave for 1-1.5 hours to rise. After the specified time, the dough volume will increase by 2-3 times.

The dough that has come up, we divide it in half for convenience in further work, put one part on a table sprinkled with flour and roll it out into a rectangle 3-4 mm thick.

We spread half of the curd filling and distribute it evenly over the dough.

We roll up into a tight roll. And we divide it into 6-8 parts (depending on the size of the form in which the cake will be baked). We do the same with the second part of the dough and the remaining filling.

Place the resulting rolls, cut upwards, in a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and let it spacing a little in the form.

Then grease the top with a beaten egg and send it to bake in the oven.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
