Today I want to offer you a recipe for a very easy-to-make dough for jellied pies, which is always very successful!

Pies made from such a dough are always baked perfectly, there is never a stickiness in the middle. I share a proven recipe for jellied dough for sweet pies! Try it, you will definitely like it!

Cooking ingredients:

For the test:
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 130 g
Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 130 ml
Wheat flour - 200 g
A pinch of salt
Any berries or fruits in the filling and a little sugar

To prepare the dough, break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar, you can add more a little vanillin or vanilla sugar, and using a mixer, beat until fluffy, homogeneous masses.

If you use sweet berries or fruits, you can reduce the amount of sugar in the dough to 100 grams.

Next, add a pinch of salt, pour in milk and vegetable oil, beat a little again. By the way, instead of vegetable oil, you can take butter, only you need to melt it - the cake will also turn out to be very tasty. With vegetable oil, the texture of the cake will be more like a wet biscuit, and with butter, the cake will be more sandy or something.

And now we sift the flour along with baking powder and starch and mix again. The dough is ready!

As I said, you can use any fruit for the filling - you need to cut them, or berries. If the berries are frozen, you do not need to defrost them. This time I use a small amount of frozen red currants and blueberries, you can take any other berry of your choice, which is available or which you like the most. Pour the berries into a suitable baking dish, sprinkle with sugar on top (1 tbsp. l.) or powdered sugar.

Pour the dough on top. And we send to bake in the oven.
