Ingredients:

milk
yeast
eggs
sugar
butter
salt
vanilla sugar
vegetable oil

Preparing a yeast dough. 1 sachet of dry yeast was mixed with 100 g sugar and 400 ml of warm milk. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes, the yeast started to "work".

Now add vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste, sex teaspoon salt, 100 g butter (softened), and about 550-600 grams of flour.

Adding 80 mL of vegetable oil and knead the dough. We leave it for 45-60 minutes in a warm place.

Then, when the dough came, punched him and separated into small pieces. Each piece of dough roll out into a circle. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar and turn rolls and make a bun. For clarity, here's a photo:

This is a method I use. You can use any other method of sculpting buns.
