A very tasty and satisfying dish, for the preparation of which you practically do not need to exert effort, is stewed potatoes with meat in a slow cooker. The technique itself will stew the dish so that the vegetable slices remain whole and juicy, and the pork pieces turn out to be delicate in taste.
It is advisable to purchase pork ribs or pork belly, since, thanks to the greasy layer, the meat will cook much faster. But if you use beef, then first stew it for about 30 minutes and only then put the sliced potatoes in a container, otherwise you risk getting tough meat and vegetables boiled in mashed potatoes!
Do not forget about onions or green onions, as well as spices, seasonings or herbs to add flavor and aroma to the dish.

Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 400 g
Potatoes - 3 pcs. (large)
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt and pepper to taste
Water - 1.5 tbsp.
Seasoning for meat - 0.5 tsp.
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Rinse pork ribs or pork belly in water, cut off the films and veins, and then cut into portions. If using ribs, try to cut them so that a bone remains in each piece. Place the cold cuts in a deep bowl or salad bowl.
Peel potato tubers and onion, rinse in water. Cut the potatoes into slices and the onions into half rings. Add to the container to the meat.
Add salt and ground black pepper, gently mix everything with slight pressure so that the spices are absorbed into the slices.
Put the contents of the container into the multicooker bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning for the meat and add bay leaves. Pour in hot water, activate the "Stew" or "Meat" mode on the vehicle board for 50 minutes. Close the lid of the multicooker.
You do not need to stir the cooking dish so as not to crush the potato slices, the main thing is that the water should lightly cover the entire contents of the bowl.
After the sound signal, carefully open the lid of the equipment, releasing steam so as not to burn yourself. Taste the dish, if necessary, adjust it by adding a little more salt or spices, seasonings.
Place the multicooker stews with meat in bowls and serve hot, garnished with sprigs of dill or parsley. Can be served with sour cream or any other sauce.
