You can literally cook this appetizer in 15 minutes and products very affordable. This appetizer always leaves the table first. Try it, you will definitely like it!

Crab sticks - 200 g (one large package)
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Hard, semi-hard or brine cheese - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp l.
Parsley and / or dill greens - small bunch
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt and pepper to taste

The first step is to hard-boil 2 chicken eggs: fill them with cold water and send them to the fire. Cook for 7-9 minutes from the moment of boiling, then drain the boiling water, fill it with a new portion of cold water and leave to cool.

In the meantime, rub the crab sticks on a fine grater. To make it easier to grate, you can slightly freeze them - put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Divide all the resulting crab "shavings" into 2 unequal parts: put one third aside for now, pour the rest into a deep bowl.

We clean the cooled eggs from the shell and rub them finely, and then add to the crab sticks in a bowl.

We also rub the cheese on a fine grater, add to the previous ingredients. We also send chopped greens there, garlic passed through a press and a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix everything well. We taste and taste with salt and pepper.

Now lightly grease your hands with vegetable oil or moisten with water and form balls from the crab mass. The size is at your discretion. You can make snowballs large or very small - for one bite.
