Not so long ago, I made a chicken breast roll with vegetable scrambled eggs and cheese.
Many people think that chicken breast dishes are dry and tasteless.
I want to break this stereotype and invite you to cook a roll according to my recipe.
If you look at the video recipe, which is posted at the end of the article, you will see how juicy the roll is - the juice literally flows out of it.
For the roll, I needed the following ingredients:
- chicken breast - 3 fillets - 580 g,
- onions - 2 things - 185 g,
- cream 10% - 100 ml,
- 4 chicken eggs
- 2 sweet peppers - 120 g (neat weight),
- mozzarella or suluguni cheese - 60 g,
- salt, pepper, dry garlic, oregano, marjoram, dill, paprika.
Cooking.
The first step is to prepare the minced onion chicken breast.
Add 1 egg and generously spices to the minced meat: salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram, dry garlic, as well as 100 ml of 10% cream.
Prepare an omelet from three eggs. Instead of milk, I literally added 50 ml of ice water to the eggs.
Finely mode sweet pepper and send it to the eggs, with dried dill, salt.
If desired, you can add any fresh herbs to your omelet according to your taste.
Fry 2 omelets from the egg mixture.
We cover the table with cling film and spread it on the minced meat - flatten it in the shape of a rectangle 3-4 centimeters thick.
Put the omelet on the minced meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Using cling film, we twist the roll.
Sprinkle the roll with olive oil and sprinkle with sweet paprika, distribute it evenly throughout the roll.
Thanks to the paprika, our roll will have an appetizing toasted look.
We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
