How long have you thought about what to write about today? The New Year's menu seems to be like everyone has already drawn up, the products have been purchased, but they don't think about anything else. So the recipe for homemade noodles will be a little out of place (although homemade noodles, yes, on halal chicken are mmmm, delicious).

It is possible about pho-bo, this soup on the first of January is very good, but... I somehow cooked it, and as a result my daughter erased all the videos on the phone. And there you need a video. For a few hours. To be imbued with the grandeur of pho-bosh broth ...

So what about cocktails today? I know, I know, cocktails are a relic of the bourgeois past (just kidding), and generally cocktails are poison, but they are delicious.

Option one - for gourmets

• 45 milliliters of white chocolate liqueur

• 30 ml black rum

• 15 ml ginger liqueur

Whisk everything in a shaker with crushed ice (no shaker - a closed can will do), pour into glasses.

Option two - for everyone

Will do if there is too much champagne.

• A bottle of champagne

• Pear nectar - equal in volume to champagne

• Two spoons of "orange bitterness" (this is such an additive for cocktails), but if it is not, in principle, Cointreau (four spoons), or orange liqueur, or even an orange confectionery essence will go. Although there will already be a so-so option

• Orange zest

Cool everything to the maximum and mix in a large punch bowl (no bowl - in a jug)

Option three: the most affordable (by ingredients)

Cook cranberry syrup: half a glass of cranberries, three quarters of a glass of granulated sugar, three quarters of a glass of water, 2-4 sprigs of thyme. We cook everything until the cranberries burst and another five minutes on top. Next - pass through a sieve, cool.

For two servings:

• 60 ml gin

• 20 ml cranberry syrup

• 20 ml lemon juice

• Soda or tonic (sweat)

Mix gin, lemons juice and cranberry syrup, adding ice, in a shaker. Pour into glasses, top up with soda or tonic.

You can add 20 ml of elderberry liqueur while mixing (if you suddenly have one).

By the way, about decorating glasses. Traditionally (in Russia), I see glasses everywhere, decorated with sugar, it is put on the edge of glasses with lemon juice.

But there is another option: take multi-colored lollipops (without filling), split them in a napkin, smooth them with a thin layer on it. Then - we moisten the edge of the glass with warm water (you can also sprinkle the candy crumbs from a spray bottle), and lower this edge into the chopped candies.
