Good day to all and delicious weight loss! My channel is about losing weight. Here I share my experience, recipes for low-calorie dishes that are included in my diet.

From 132 kg to 68 kg - tasty and not starving. Last check weighing in 2020.

I started to blog this blog so that people like me, tired of diets and restrictions, breakdowns and hunger, would see that everything is possible! So that those who have lost hope of losing weight and gave up on themselves - take courage and achieve results that they no longer dreamed of.

Calorie counting and BJU balance helped me lose weight and maintain weight:

If you want to achieve something, you have to work hard.

But harmony does not have to come through suffering, hunger and tasteless food. Slimness should be a way of life, but it is important that our life is comfortable in terms of nutrition, tasty and brings us all the necessary nutrients and trace elements.

Eating habits must be developed that will not allow us to return to those fatty and high-calorie foods that we ate before.

It was nutritional control through calorie counting that allowed me to develop these eating habits and learn to be mindful about food and food choices.

At the same time, my diet is quite simple - it contains ordinary and familiar foods, cooked with less calories than before.

I will show as an example my diet for the day.

I love sandwiches, I am full when I eat sandwiches, and I lost weight on sandwiches. Therefore, I calmly eat my favorite sandwiches for breakfast - the basic rule is to observe the daily KBZHU.

Breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (65 g) with liver pΓ’tΓ© (40 g) and processed cheese (40 g). And green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast came out on 365 kcal.

After breakfast, I went to my computer and did a blog, edited a video recipe, wrote recipes that I could not arrange due to lack of time. We can say that my days off have already begun, but for some reason I still feel at work.

Yesterday I cooked a large portion of Turtle salad for dinner according to the reader's recipe and for today's snack I have a portion (235 g) - 305 kcal.

For the salad, the Turtle baked a piece of rough turkey yesterday and I have some roasted turkey left.

For lunch I warmed 120 g of baked turkey breast and 100 g of boiled buckwheat added 100 g of tomato. And I really wanted a pickled cucumber.

Went out lunch on 310 kcal.

After lunch, everyone sat at the computer, there are so many ideas and I want to at least write them down in order to implement them when there is time.

By the fact that everyone in Zen has become quiet - it is clear that preparations for the holidays are in full swing - everyone is busy with business. Someone is finalizing the last days and rather runs to the shops for groceries, someone else has not bought all the gifts.

And everything is calm with me today. The gifts have been bought, we have all the food, we will pick up some food tomorrow.

Having spent time at the computer, I decided that I deserved tea and marshmallow (30 g) - 115 kcal And I even forgot to take a picture for the report.

For dinner I decided to make myself a casserole pie with red currants. And very fast and tasty, and I wanted this casserole. He will also stay for tomorrow. And I have a cake left over from my husband's birthday. As I tasted 100 g of cake, I never touched this calorie bomb.

300 g red currant casserole, drizzled with 15 g date syrup - 380 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1475 kcal. B - 118, F - 55, U - 123.

As promised, the article released on December 30, 2020 will be with us summing up the results of the outgoing year.

The last check weighing in 2020 did not make me happy (although how will it please me if I increase the calorie intake?), I am not having the best time to weigh in (this is our women's account). But since the rule of checkweighing was introduced and the day was chosen by voting, then:

I got a little water, less than 1 kilogram. I will go to New Year with 69 kilograms.

Since May 2018, I have lost a total of 63 kilograms. In 2020, it took 6 kilograms and I switched to an increase in calorie intake in order to reach the calorie norm. At the moment I am not losing weight, not because it doesn’t work out (as some really want to think), but because I don’t need it now - the goal is different.
