The music is over! The fireworks died down. We must now smoothly get out of the "feast of the belly."
A simple cleansing breakfast made from available dried fruits and vegetables, quietly replacing all complex detox programs (our grandmothers knew about it).
Ingredients:
1. Prunes - 10 pcs (strong digestive tract cleaner)
2. Carrots - 1-2 pcs (fiber, carotenoids)
3. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (any) (lubricating)
4. Turmeric pinch (cleansing)
5. Ground red pepper - on the tip of a knife (stimulation of intestinal peristalsis)
Preparation
We take carrots and prunes, wash well. Cut into pieces, put in a vegetable cutter. One or two and let's go! (You can grate the carrots, the main thing we need is solid, not "cotton" - not thermally processed, that is, living fiber).
Transfer to a cup, sprinkle with turmeric, pepper, pour oil. Stir and ready (you can make such a mixture as a dessert with honey, syrup, with nutmeg.. Give your shape, for example, flatten with a mold, lay out with a slide, etc.).
We use it in the morning, an hour after waking up, washed down with warm water acidified with lemon. Good health!
