Today I want to share with you my recipe for a very inexpensive dish, for which I only spend 150-200 grams of minced meat. The result is a complete dinner or lunch that can feed the whole family.
Try it: it's really simple, fast and delicious!
📕Cooking ingredients:
Potatoes (large) - 5-6 pcs.
Minced meat - 150-200 g
Onions - 2 pcs.
Flour - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying

First, peel all vegetables. One (larger) onion will go into the potato dough, and the second (medium-sized) - into the filling. Grate a large head of onion on the finest grater (for pancakes) into a deep bowl. Onion juice will keep the potatoes from darkening.
Three potatoes in the same bowl. The result is an almost uniform puree of raw potatoes and onions. The mass will be very watery, so be sure to squeeze it out of excess juice.
I usually put the potato mass in a fine metal sieve and put a bowl under the bottom and set aside for 10 minutes. Excess fluid leaves during this time. If you are in a hurry, you can simply squeeze the grated potatoes through cheesecloth. But, here is an important point: the mass should not turn out to be too dry, a little juice should remain in it.
Add salt to taste and 3-4 tablespoons of flour into the squeezed puree. If the dough turns out to be thin, put another 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
The consistency of the mass should be like a dough for pancakes. By the way, starch settles at the bottom of the bowl with squeezed juice. It can also be added along with flour - this will make the dough more viscous, but a starchy taste may appear. So do it at your own discretion.
Now we are preparing the filling. Finely chop a small onion head, mix it with minced meat. Season the filling with pepper and salt.
And mix everything well. If the filling turns out to be thick, you can add a few tablespoons of potato juice left over from the dough. We form from the resulting minced meat small blanks in the form of cutlets, but much smaller in size.
Next, pour oil into the pan (so much that it completely covers the bottom), heat it up. Spoon a little potato mass and put it in a pan in the form of flat cakes.
Put the minced meat cutlets on top.
And cover them with a small amount of potato mass.
Fry over medium heat on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side.

We cook all the sorcerers according to this scheme, and then put them in a suitable baking dish, cover with foil on top and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
