Today I want to share the boiled pork recipe in 40 minutes in the microwave, this recipe has become my favorite for a long time, I don't even know why I have not shared this recipe with you yet. It is difficult to dry the meat in this way, it always turns out juicy. Such meat is universal; it can be served hot for any side dish or left to cool in the refrigerator and you will get a delicious pork for sandwiches.

Recipe:
Fillet meat (pork neck) -1kg
Salt -2 tsp (no slide)
Garlic -3-4 teeth
Bay leaf -10-15pcs
Boiling water -500ml
COOKING METHOD
We take meat weighing up to 1 kg, I have exactly 1 kg of pork neck, you can use a shoulder blade, a ham, whatever. Cut 3-4 garlic cloves into slices.
Make cuts in the meat with a sharp knife and put garlic in the cuts.
On both sides.
Now we salt the meat, I add 2 tsp for 1 kg of meat. salt without a slide.
Rub a piece of meat with salt on all sides and leave it for 30-40 minutes. If you don't have time to wait, you can start cooking right away.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat up, put a piece of meat and fry it on all sides until golden brown over high heat. It's fast, it won't take long.
Now, an important ingredient that will make the meat not only tasty, but extraordinarily tasty is bay leaf. We put it on the bottom of the refractory mold.
Now we put the meat. We put the kettle on to boil, we need water that has just boiled, now we measure out 2 cups of boiling water and pour it into the meat.
We close the form with a lid and put it in the microwave, set the power to 1000 watts for 20 minutes, then after 20 minutes, I take out the meat and turn it over, and cook for another 20 minutes.
If your microwave oven has less maximum power, it may take a little more time, with 800 watts, I need 22 minutes on each side, be guided by your microwave.
The meat is ready, this is how it looks in the cut when hot, its taste is simply divine, you cannot even imagine how delicious it turns out. If you let the meat cool down, it turns out to be so beautiful in section and unmatched in taste.
I love this method of cooking meat, it is simply impossible to dry the meat in this way, it is always perfect.
