After all, we don't want it to be excruciatingly painful for us to look at the scales at the end of the New Year's holidays?

I thought to take a couple more days off from the computer. But this morning I got up, made breakfast, weighed myself a portion and recorded it in the calorie counter.

And then I realized that perhaps some of you cannot stop in any way and he needs our support or someone is waiting to be scolded (or, as you sometimes like to say, "they will throw a slipper").

Someone has not all the salads finished and he is tormented - to finish eating (it's a pity!) Or to think about himself, about the work done on the figure and steadfastly shift the finishing of salads to someone else.

And so I decided to return to you early, and I missed you!

Let's support each other to get back to normal eating habits. Let there be festive sweets (well, without them!), But let's at least do not overeatπŸ˜‰.

I slowly return to counting calories and my usual calorie intake.

How good it is to sleep for an hour until 9 am, sleep well and meet a new day full of energy. One thing is bad - by this time everyone is hungry.

I baked cheese pancakes for breakfast today. I made the dough like on a lazy khachapuri, added grated cheese to the dough and baked with small pancakes.

My breakfast - 245 g of cheese pancakes - 435 kcal.

After breakfast, I sat down at my computer to jot down this article for you. It so happened that I sketched the menu for today in the article and then stuck to it.

As a snack I drank sea buckthorn tea with 40 g of honey. Tea went out for about 180 kcal.

As planned, I cooked jellied meat on December 30 and now you don't have to think about what to eat for lunch - jellied meat with mustard and boiled potatoes - ideal.

I boiled jellied meat from beef hoof, beef shank, turkey neck and added chicken breast to make it fatter.

I planned to cook without a neck, but having ordered a beef hoof for jellied meat from us in joint purchases, I thought that they would bring it of a normal size. But they brought exactly the hoof, the lower small part. I also had to take the free neck. Otherwise, our jellied meat could have remained a meat broth.

Jellied meat is not a frequent guest - and everyone eats it willingly while it is there.

My lunch - 250 g of jellied meat, 120 g of boiled potatoes and a little tomato - 385 kcal.

After lunch, we went to the center of Moscow to admire the festive decoration of the capital.

Moscow is good, what else to say. We walked from Kitay-gorod along Varvarka Street to Red Square. Along the GUM we reached Manezhnaya Square, then visited Teatralnaya Square. We admired the decoration of Lubyanskaya Square and returned to Kitai-Gorod. We arrived at Gorky Park. There is essentially nothing to do in the park - only the skating rink and the entrance lobbies are decorated.

There are a lot of people in Red Square and in the vicinity. We did not expect that so many people wishing to admire the festive decoration of the city will be on January 2.

Every year the same decorations are installed in Moscow, and something is supplemented. On Teatralnaya Square we found decorations that were two years ago and I decided to take a photo for comparison:

After walking for a walk, we went home. I was still wet - all the snow that fell with us began to melt. In the car I was warmed up with green tea, which I took with me and ate 30 g of chocolate - 160 kcal.

Returning home late in the evening, we had dinner - I decided that I would pamper myself with the remaining delicious cheese (80 g) and grapes (200 g) - 400 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1560, B - 102, F - 68, U - 132.

On weekends, it turns out to raise calorie without problems. I hope that I can continue to keep 1500 kcal. After all, I need to swing my body up to 1700 kcal per day.
