How to cook
I cut the chicken fillet. But not completely (so that the fillet does not fall apart into pieces, but it turns out something like an accordion):
In a small deep plate I mix spices, salt and vegetable oil. Spices can be changed to your liking, but we really like this combination))
RECIPE:
• Chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
• Champignons - 6-8 pcs.
• Tomatoes
• Cheese (I have suluguni) ~ 70 g
• Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
• Khmeli-suneli - 1 tsp.
• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
• Black pepper 1/3 tsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil (I have olive oil) - 2-3 tbsp.
Using a brush, I apply the prepared mixture to the chicken fillet. And I leave the meat to marinate for at least half an hour. But it will taste better if you leave it in the refrigerator at least overnight.
And now the filling. I use cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. But you can take the filling to your liking. My dad, for example, loves this chicken with bacon (and always with smoked).
I put mushrooms and tomato slices next to the cheese slices. Mushrooms can be used dry or frozen, you can replace them with eggplant.
I put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 30-35 minutes. Take a look in your oven, of course.
