The channel I share my weight loss experience, almost online, low-calorie recipes and dishes that are part of my diet.
My result - minus 57 kg in May 2018.
And in my diet, you will not find bowls with lettuce and carrot. Here grow thin delicious and satisfying, hold calorie deficit and balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
We want to not only lose weight but also to be active and healthy.
And so we do not deprive the body of nutrients contained in the foods we eat potatoes, bananas and makaroshki!
Today I want to share with you a simple recipe - bows with minced chicken in a creamy sauce.
It's a blast! Tasty, hearty and absolutely no harm to our weight loss.
✅Nam need 5-6 servings:
- any pasta durum wheat (it is necessary for us complex carbohydrates) - I bows -225 g in dry form,
- minced chicken breast (you can just finely chop the breast) - 300 g,
- 1 small onion - 40 g
- Garlic - 10g
- suluguni - 80 g
- 50 ml of 10% cream
- salt, black pepper, and seasoning herbs Greece or Provence herbs - on request.
✅Na preparation goes wrong, and a lot of time.
Pre-set to boil the pasta in salted water until al dente state.
Cut the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Fry the onion and garlic without the addition of oil (I use a nonstick pan). Does not stick to add a little water.
We would like onion until transparent, and send it to the minced chicken.
Salt, pepper and add spices. We would like the chicken breast until cooked.
Add the grated cheese suluguni and cream, stir well and cover with a lid. Can be removed from the heat, even if the pasta is cooked.
Cooked pasta and a little water in which they are cooked, add the chicken to the skillet with the sauce, stir and hold for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
The dish is ready!
