We make a delicious (simple and at the same time original) peeling salad with coconut and carrots.
Coconut oil, juicy carrots (+ fiber of carrots and coconut), what could be better for establishing "internal order" and nourishing the body with useful substances)!
Ingredients:
1. Coconut - half
2. Carrots - 1-2 pieces
3. Turmeric - pinch (without it)
Preparation
Take the coconut and split it into 2 pieces. We drink the juice, take out the pulp from one part, rub it on a fine grater into a deep cup.
We wash the carrots, peel them and also rub them on a fine grater, mix with coconut pulp, sprinkle with turmeric (add a spoonful of honey if desired).
We transfer the mixture to the second slice of coconut and enjoy a juicy buttery salad. This is a good breakfast that the body will "rejoice" with. Great mood, friends! :)
