Cooking method:
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 C. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy (with a hand mixer for 10-15 minutes).
In a bowl, whisk together the sifted flour, cocoa, salt, soda, baking powder. Add the mixture to the beaten egg mixture. Stir gently with a silicone spatula. Add yogurt. We mix.
Lastly, add the oil and vinegar mixture. We mix. At the end we mix in the dye.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with siliconized parchment. We level, send to the oven for 13-15 minutes.
While the biscuit is still hot, carefully turn it over onto a clean towel, remove the parchment, align the edges, wrap it in a towel and put it in a bag for several hours.
For cream, beat cream, powdered sugar and cheese with a mixer for a minute. Mix the homogeneous cream with a spatula.
To assemble, unfold the biscuit, spread 1/2 of the cream, level, fold. Decorate with the remaining cream, leave to soak for several hours.
