Therefore, in the place of such people, I simply did not torture myself or those close to me. Or others - because in my memory there were people who had a diploma from a culinary school and who hated cuisine from the bottom of their hearts.

They follow all the instructions exactly, they keep the pan on the fire for exactly forty-three seconds, if so written in recipe and can scrupulously measure one and a half grams of salt, but as a result they get food... Well, so yourself.

You can eat, but for some reason it does not cause appetite. Typically, such people have tolerable food, but inexpressive, as if insipid. It seems like there is nothing to complain about, but... so-so food. Just food.

And this is not surprising - the man, while cooking, served his duty in the kitchen. He had no desire to make something tasty.

The person does not like to eat

There are people who do not like to eat. They are absolutely indifferent to what is on the plate - and they cook with complete indifference to the result. Not warmed? Not raw? Well, that's fine.

The most interesting thing is that they, too, can observe all the technology and recipes... And the output is not food, but food.

Man in himself is a bad man

Here, many will want to argue with me, but if a person by nature is a “not very” person, then his food comes out “not very, not at all”. And there is nothing prepared by him does not give any joy - even if we do not know about his human qualities.

At the same time, in none of the cases is there any mysticism or esotericism, as it seems to me.

Yes, they say products should be treated with love and cooked with joy. But if you think about it, when you cook with pleasure and want to cook food as tasty as possible, then you just notice the slightest nuances of changes in the products, you carefully monitor what is happening in the frying pan or saucepan, and do not stupidly follow the instructions, you constantly try, evaluating the intermediate results and their correcting.

And when you just have a goal - to cook, and there is no desire to pamper the eaters, no interest, if at all, You treat people disgustingly and in your nature anger prevails, then all these nuances are deeply don't give a damn.

So it comes out tasteless.
