This nectar drink is made from frozen dandelion flowers (can be prepared from fresh and soaked dry ones).

Ingredients:

1. Dandelion flowers - a handful (tastier than spring)

2. Water - 1 glass (more useful than melted water)

Preparation

Spring is the time to make dandelion nectars. And you can make healthy sunny drinks in the cold winter! We freeze (harvest) dandelion flowers in a freezing chest in advance (we do this by freezing them by quick freezing just in a bag).

We took out the flowers, placed them in a blender container (if desired, added a natural sweetener, honey), topped up with warm water. Crushed for about a minute, filtered through a strainer and the dandelion drink is ready.

(We periodically drink this kind of flower nectar in the morning in a pile and in winter and summer for health and pleasure). We also make honey from dandelion flowers, dry them to add to herbal teas, and make coffee from dandelion roots.
