I want today share with you my selection of soups that I cook most often. In my family, everyone loves soups, and that's why we almost never have a day without soup.
In the first place, of course, this is a hodgepodge, borscht and rassolnik, I cook such soups every 2 weeks, always and always more, put them in the refrigerator, and if necessary, take them out and heat them up.
In general, I love variety and constantly experiment so as not to get bored.

RECIPE # 1. Assorted meat hodgepodge soup.
I used to cook the hodgepodge in a different way, but when I tried this variant of the hodgepodge for the first time at a party, I realized that this hodgepodge is much tastier and I need this recipe. Thanks to the neighbor, she told the recipe with all the details, the main secret of a delicious hodgepodge: a variety of meat products and necessarily 3 types of cereals.

RECIPE # 2. Berkh potato soup
I serve it with meat and hot flatbread, you can boil dumplings if you wish. This is a delicious lunch made from simple, affordable ingredients. It is simple to prepare, and most importantly it turns out very tasty and satisfying. I am sure all the ingredients will be at your fingertips.

RECIPE # 3. Cucumber soup "Polish".
I cook a large pot and not enough! Polish cucumber soup. Similar to our pickle, but still different in taste and preparation. Probably one of my favorite soups in my cookbook. I recommend it for a change, it is delicious.

RECIPE # 4. Chicken Soup with Fried Vermicelli.
Due to the fact that the noodles are fried, the soup acquires a completely new taste and a beautiful yellow color. The advantage of this method is that, thanks to the frying of noodles, the soup can stand for a long time in the refrigerator, and even the next day it looks like fresh, the vermicelli does not swell, but remains the same as if the soup had just been cooked.

It is prepared very simply, but it turns out rich and very satisfying. This is a great option to diversify the first course for the whole family! I completely forgot about this recipe, but then I saw these pasta on the store shelf and immediately remembered the recipe, once upon a time my grandmother was preparing it for dinner.

Yes, it seems unusual, but whoever tried it with me without a prescription did not go away. It turns out delicious and, as always, simple and quick to prepare. I remember this version of milk soup from my virginity, it was prepared by my grandmother and mother. And now I'm preparing it for my family.
