Today I want to wish all of you, my dear readers, a Happy New Year!

This year was difficult for all of us, but still there were some joyful moments. Let's remember these moments of joy that the outgoing 2020 brought us.

Since my channel is about losing weight - I will sum up my weight loss. In total, since May 2018, I have managed to get rid of 63 extra pounds.

May 2018 - January 2019 - Summer 2019 - January 2020 - Summer 2020 - Autumn 2020

In 2020, I left 6 extra pounds and stopped there and began to increase my calorie intake, preparing myself and my body for the transition from a deficit to a calorie norm. This process is long, but I can slowly cope with it.

It is interesting to read the comments in which they ask me why lately I have the same weight in my articles. It is very interesting to some people why I am not losing weight further. Probably someone thinks that I should melt like a Snow Maiden.

Perhaps it is interesting to read how someone lost weight, then dropped everything and recovered again and began to lose weight again. Seeing tragedy and sadness in your eyes. But this is hardly the exact example that will lead to success. Rather, it is an example of how not to do it. But perhaps such stories are comforting for someone, that not only he cannot lose weight once and for all.

I will do everything in my power to lose weight once and for all and show you what is possible!

At the moment, everything suits me - only one thing does not suit me - my mistakes during weight loss, which now have to be corrected and from which I try to warn you, my readers.

Perhaps over the winter I will be able to bring my calorie intake to normal and then I will think about whether I should lose a few more kilograms by summer.

2020 ends with me not even maintaining weight, but increasing calorie intake, and only then follows weight maintenance.

2020 has pleased you with your successes! It's even difficult to calculate how much excess weight has been removed from our shoulders in total.

You are all such great fellows - you have believed, tried, achieved results or are successfully moving towards your goal! And I am sure that together we will achieve everything we want!
