  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the half of a medium-sized Chinese cabbage in half and chop it with a knife. I have these half a head of cabbage weigh about 400 g.
70 g three cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Cut off the top and bottom of one large sweet pepper. Cut out the seed box.
Cut the peeled peppers into cubes.

3. Put prepared Peking cabbage, chopped peppers in a large bowl, add 1 can of canned corn and grated cheese.
Pepper salad with ground black pepper.
We fill with 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix well. If desired, the salad can be slightly salted.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
