In my opinion this is one of the most delicious salad with calamari. The taste is sweet, juicy - try, I am confident that you will enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

-600gr squid.

Pickled mushrooms -200gr.

Cucumber - 1-2pcs.

Eggs 3 units.

For home mayonnaise:

Vegetable oil - 150 ml.

Egg 1pc.

Mustard -1ch.l.

lemon juice -1st.l.

Sugar -1 / 2ch.l.

Sol -1 / 3ch.l.

COOKING METHOD

Weight raw squid 600 gr., Delete the chord, the film I tried hard not to remove at this stage.

Turn on the blender and do not raise it until it starts to form the mayonnaise, time takes seconds 5-6, it is now possible to gradually raise and beat until thick, time will take another 15-20 seconds. Homemade mayonnaise is ready. Putting salad.

In a bowl put cucumbers, squid, mushrooms, eggs, dressed with homemade mayonnaise and stir.

Salad ready.
