The most delicious, of course, is to use fresh peppers, but this time I will "finish off" the last packet of peppers frozen last summer.
I use minced chicken, to which I add chopped onion with a blender and well-washed buckwheat, salt and spices to taste.
The minced meat must be mixed well and filled with the peppers, put in a baking dish and start making the sauce in which they will be baked.
For the sauce, it is necessary to sauté in a pan with a small amount of oil onions, garlic, carrots grated on a fine grater. Then add tomato paste, sour cream and water, mix well and bring to a boil.
Send the resulting sauce to the peppers and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
The result is very tasty, juicy and healthy stuffed peppers that don't even need a side dish 😉.

Pepper 13 pcs
Minced meat 500 grams
Onion 2 pieces
Carrot 1 pc
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Sour cream 100 grams
