Mix thoroughly. It should be cool, but at the same time tender and soft.

Divide it into 8 parts, roll out thinly.

Fry in a dry frying pan, on both sides. This happens very quickly, about half a minute on each side.

Trim the edges of the finished cakes while they are still warm.

Grease all cakes with cream, including the top one.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours. The scraps that remain after trimming the edges, I will use for sprinkling.

Chop up the scraps. Sprinkle the cake on all sides, including the sides.

The cake is ready. It is very important to keep it in the cold for at least 12 hours before serving. Bon Appetit!
