Mazurek is a traditional Polish Easter cake.
It looks very impressive, but cooking is actually not difficult. Delicious shortcrust pastry with citrus notes and a very bright filling.
Ingredients:
flour - 250-300 g,
sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
sugar - 50 g
butter - 150 g,
zest of one orange,
egg - 1 pc.,
salt - 1 pinch

Lemon 1 pc

Traditional Easter English buns.
The dough is soft like fluff, very beautiful and appetizing.
Ingredients
Dough:
1 egg
100 ml milk + 200 ml water per dough
7 g dry yeast
85 g butter
100 g sugar
a pinch of salt
0.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
870 g flour
a handful of raisins and a handful of dried apricots
White dough: 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. water, 3 tbsp. flour

Whip up yeast-free donuts
These donuts cook very quickly, it turns out a lot, you can feed the whole family.
Ingredients:
kefir 250 ml
1 egg
sugar to taste
butter 30 grams
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
Flour 380-400 grams
