Today I want to share a recipe for the fish mannik jellied pie. The dough of such a jellied pie is evenly baked and there is no wet pie effect, as happens when baking ordinary jellied pies. The taste of such a cake is simply amazing, my daughter is not a lover of fish, she eats with great pleasure.

Dough:

Eggs -2pcs

Sour cream -100g

Mayonnaise -3 tbsp.

Semolina -4 tbsp.

Flour -60g

Baking powder -1 tsp.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Fill:

Egg -1pc

Sour cream -50g

Mayonnaise -2 tbsp

Mustard -1 tsp

Flour -1 tbsp

Salt to taste

For filling:

Canned Iwasi -1 can (or saury, sardine, pink salmon, etc.)

Black pepper - to taste

Onion -1 pc

Greens to taste

Eggs -3 pcs.

Salt to taste

COOKING METHOD

Put sour cream 100 grams in a bowl, add 4 tbsp. semolina with a slide, mix and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes, while we are busy with the filling.

We take a can of any canned saury, pink salmon, sardinella, sprats from me today Iwashi. You can take boiled fish.
We remember her with a fork. Boil 3 eggs and cut into cubes, cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. Finely chop the dill, you can add green onions.

Let's prepare the fill. Put 50 grams of sour cream, 50 grams of mayonnaise in a bowl (you can add sour cream instead of mayonnaise)

Now we take a bowl where we mixed sour cream with semolina, add 3 tbsp to it. mayonnaise, can be replaced with sour cream. We break 2 eggs, add salt and mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
