Casserole for dinner: tender chicken with potatoes

A quick way to feed the whole family one dish.

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
500 gr. hen
3 eggs
4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes in their skins until tender.

2. Chicken cut into pieces. You can pre-fry, but not necessarily.
3. Potato peel and cut into large cubes or slices.

4. Beat eggs and salt fork.

Add mayonnaise or sour cream, add pepper or other spices and mix well.

5. Baking dish greased with oil.

6. Put the potatoes and the chicken in a baking dish in equal layers. Chicken meat must be higher than the chicken.

7. Pour all egg-mayonnaise mixture.

8. Heat oven to 200 degrees.

9. Cover the form with foil and place in oven for 20-30 minutes.

10. Then remove the foil and cook for 20 minutes until the egg is not zapechetsya and does not form a beautiful golden brown.

Hearty and tasty casserole ready. Get the form from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
