By controlling your nutrition, taking into account the calorie content of dishes and their composition in terms of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, you can eat your favorite snacks and lose weight!

Today I want to tell you how I make a trifle-like dessert.

Originally from England, Trifle is a dessert made from biscuit, custard and fruit or berry jelly served in a transparent serving bowl. Lay out the ingredients in layers. Currently, many varieties of trifle have appeared.

I do not pretend to be the originality of the recipe - my task is to cook less high-calorie and tasty.

To prepare the cake, I needed the following ingredients:

  • 90 g soft cottage cheese (you can use yogurt or sour cream 10%),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 60 g whole grain rice flour
  • 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • 8 g cocoa,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of vanillin.

For the cream I used:

  • 200 g of curd cheese, 100 g of milk 3.2%, 4 sachets of sweetener and a pinch of vanillin,
  • you will also need any fresh berries or fruits that you like (I have 170 g of mango).

Ingredients are listed in 3 servings, each weighing approximately 215 g.

Cooking.

The first step is to prepare the cake. We mix all the products necessary for the cake.

And bake it under the lid in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. I greased the pan with a drop of oil.

Put the finished cake on a wire rack and let it cool.

While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream.

Mix curd cheese with milk, sweetener and vanilla.

Large fruits must be cut into small pieces.

We also cut the cooled cake into small pieces or simply break it with our hands.

We collect dessert in portioned bowls.

Put a little cake on the bottom, fill it with cream, then lay out the fruits or berries, and so we continue layer by layer.

Sprinkle the top layer with cocoa.

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 184, B - 4.8, F - 11.9, U - 12.7.
