Good day everyone! For more than two years now I have been running my blog in which I share my experience of losing weight and recipes for dishes that are included in my slimming diet.
Today, briefly about what helped me lose weight and help me maintain the achieved result.
I tried many diets, but I could not endure everything and reach the end, getting the desired result. And if she achieved any results, she returned to her usual diet and gained weight again.
Only by starting to count calories and BJU did I manage to learn how to control nutrition, change eating habits and lose weight:
I will show my diet for counting KBZHU.
I missed the egg, and I have to fill my hand again, otherwise recently itβs not fried eggs, but "spreading" turns out.
Today for breakfast again two eggs and a sandwich on homemade whole grain bread (35 g) with avocado (50 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (40 g).
My breakfast is not complete without a mug of green tea.
Happened 460 kcal.
After breakfast, as always, I went to work at the computer. But then problems awaited me. My laptop refused to work. It was impossible to enter the mail, the Internet generally connected every other time. Is it really snow piled up and everything stopped working at once, maybe some kind of storm?π
From the very morning I have frayed all my nerves. As a result, I spent a lot of time at the phone (at least the mobile Internet did not disappoint), reading your comments and fiddling with video recipes.
Snack on fruit: apple (250 g) and tangerines (180 g) - 180 kcal.
And only closer to dinner somehow everything worked for me on the sly. It was then that I entered the working rut - it's good that lunch was ready. A large pot of soup helps out more than ever.
For lunch, a plate of pea soup (450 g) - 250 kcal. And with tea I ate 1 pastille - 55 kcal.
305 kcal for lunch, it worked out in total.
Since after lunch everything worked well for me and the Internet began to fly - I plunged into work and completely forgot about dinner. It's good that I have some bacon-wrapped chicken roll and a lot of free calories left. Here I will have a roll for dinner, and as a side dish I will stew a vegetable mixture. Frozen vegetable mixes are sometimes very helpful. I just threw them into the pan, added water, salt and cooked until tender.
But my dinner was not as usual at 17 o'clock. As it was necessary to go not far away on business and we managed to have dinner only about 20 hours.
And we went to get the hotel, which was given to us from the Primorsky Territory! Which way? I didnβt even come to life with such a royal gift! Thank you very much! π
And forgive me, readers, but now for a while I will enjoy delicious fish. You know that the fish is my weakness.
There are many more good people than we think. And the desire to say thank you for your help (even such as mine is just a story about your weight loss experience) overcomes all obstacles.
Yesterday I met with another negativity due to the fact that I stopped responding to private messages on social networks. Those who visit Odnoklassniki may have seen communication in the comments.
But such negativity is more than crossed out by such benevolent and generous people like you, my regular readers. I will not disclose the name of the person who gave me the gift - if desired, the person himself will respond in the comments. But I will say again - thank you.
And my dinner - 180 g of chicken roll in bacon and 200 g (frozen weight) of the vegetable mixture was 530 kcal.
The roll is quite high in calories, but even it fits perfectly into my diet.
The result of the day: K - 1470, B - 104, F - 59, U - 126.
And of course I tried a few pieces of fish - it's just divine! I didnβt count the KBZhU fish - itβs only good for me to have an excess of calories - Iβm trying to get away from the deficit to my norm.
To help a calorie deficit while losing weight, there will always be - adherence to the drinking regime and at least physical education!
Today the article turned out for me, it seems to me, without much motivation. And all because I did my best yesterday, trying to convey to you that we are creating problems for ourselves ourselves, we spoil our health, wanting to lose weight as soon as possible, we ourselves create difficulties for ourselves and drive into angle. After yesterday's article, I have some kind of emotional exhaustion, for some reason.
