Almost all beetroot snacks are quick and easy to prepare!

Our family loves such a vegetable as beets! I can cook many different dishes from it.

And today I want to share with you a recipe for an incredibly delicious baked beetroot snack. This appetizer is ideal for kebabs, baked or fried meat and any fish dishes. And everything is being prepared very quickly.

Try it: it's delicious!

📕Cooking ingredients:

Fresh beets - 4-5 pcs. medium size
Parsley - 4-5 sprigs
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Vegetable or olive oil - 3-3.5 tbsp. l. (2 tbsp. l. - for the sauce and 1-1.5 tbsp. l. - for baking)
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Honey - 1 tsp l.
Apple cider, wine or balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp l.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, of course, thoroughly wash the beets, peel them, and then cut them into small wedges or halves of circles - whatever you like best. The main thing is that the pieces do not turn out to be too thick, otherwise they will bake and marinate for a long time. Place the sliced ​​beets on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, grease with vegetable or olive oil. Then we send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

The beets will be baked for about 20-25 minutes, then turn the beets over to the other side and continue to cook for about the same time, until the vegetable is enough soft. We take out the finished beets and let them cool slightly.

And while the beets are baked, we have time to prepare the dressing!⤵️⤵️⤵️

Chop the parsley as little as possible (only the leaves, discard the stems), chop the garlic, transfer everything into a deep container. Add oil, vinegar and honey. Mix the dressing well.

How fragrant it turns out!

When the beets are baked, transfer them to any suitable food container or deep plate, pour the aromatic mixture and stir. We put it in the refrigerator. In principle, you can eat a snack after 10-15 minutes, but it will turn out much tastier if it is marinated for at least a couple of hours.
