How to cook

I grind the meat for this recipe in a meat grinder. Anyone will do. Today I took chicken (even with skin) and some beef. I add salt and spices to the minced meat. I have a mixture of five peppers. Stir and beat lightly.

Then, with wet hands, I make small balls of minced meat. I put them in a frying pan with heated oil and lightly fry. Just a little, so they just keep their shape. It turns out about 25-30 pieces.

In another pan, fry the finely chopped onion until soft. I add sauerkraut and carcass for 10 minutes to the onion. If the cabbage is too sour, take a little less of it.

Recipe:

• Minced meat - 800. D
• Potatoes - 1.1 kg
• Sauerkraut - 400 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Bay leaf - 1 pc.
• Spices
• Salt

I cut the potatoes into slices. Fill with water, salt, bring to a boil and cook under the lid for about 10 minutes.

Then I put the meatballs in a saucepan, and cabbage on top, add bay leaves, add a little more boiling water and cook for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the type of potato).

I turn off the heat, let it brew for 10 minutes and you can serve.

When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs.

It is more convenient to eat with a spoon. The broth is very tasty here!
