🖐 Every morning in our family starts with porridge and boiled eggs, but sometimes we want something unusual. Everyone knows that it is healthy to eat porridge in the morning, so I came up with just such a casserole from the same oatmeal, in my opinion, it turns out more sophisticated, but the benefits are the same.
First of all, I mash one, or preferably two, bananas with a fork.
I use the most ordinary oatmeal, the one that needs to be cooked for 15-20 minutes. For this recipe, I use exactly one glass. I add bananas to the oatmeal. Peel one large apple and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Since this time my apple is not very sweet, I add one teaspoon of brown sugar, otherwise you don't have to. I definitely add salt, it makes the sweet taste brighter. I also add two tablespoons of coconut, it adds spice to our casserole, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sometimes I add lemon or orange zest. Add about half a glass of water to the resulting mass and mix well. The consistency of the dough should be roughly like a pancake, not very liquid.
You can diversify this kind of casserole as you like, use different fruits, dried fruits and nuts, semolina or flax seeds, etc., everything to your taste ...
I grease the form in which the casserole will be baked with vegetable oil and sprinkle with coconut.
I transfer the dough into a mold and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished casserole while it is still hot with powdered sugar. It can be served both warm and cold, delicious in any form.
