Today I will share a recipe that will be of interest to all those who follow their figure and adhere to proper nutrition. This is a recipe for a very healthy, low-calorie and very tasty pizza without dough.

Zucchini is used as a base instead of dough. One medium vegetable is needed.

We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for a few minutes so that it releases excess water.

Then squeeze the zucchini well with your hands, add two eggs, salt, spices (I have heli-suneli) and two tablespoons of oatmeal, mix well.

Send the resulting dough to a split baking dish, I use a 19 cm diameter mold, send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

While the base is in the oven, we are preparing the filling. To do this, cut about 200 grams of boiled chicken into small cubes, and cut the tomatoes into slices.

By this time, the pizza base has already "grabbed", we take it out of the oven and grease it with tomato paste using a silicone brush.

Put chicken meat on top, then tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and send it back to the oven for another 15 minutes.

The result is a juicy, tasty pizza that is harmless for the figure.

Eggs 2 pcs
Oatmeal flour 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Boiled chicken meat 200 grams
Tomatoes 1-2 pieces
Cheese 150-200 grams
