From 132 kg to 69 kg for tasty and comfortable food: I share my experience and menu. We are what we eat.

"You are what you eat" - this phrase is attributed to Hippocrates, the ancient Greek physician, healer and philosopher.

Think, even in the days of Ancient Greece, it was about how important nutrition is in our lives.

And today the phrase of Hippocrates is more relevant than ever! A lot has changed since then, including food - it has become more affordable and less natural, unfortunately, thanks to the development of science.

We are addicted to food, whatever one may say. It is from food that a person receives energy and all the nutrients necessary for life.

We also get the necessary building material for the renewal of body cells from food.

As in everything, the final result depends on the quality of the material.

Likewise, the correct functioning of our body and our health ultimately depends on the balance of our nutrition, on the quality of products.

Therefore, when a conscious understanding comes to us that it is necessary to fight with the existing excess weight, it is important to choose the right methods of struggle.

Despite the fact that the goal is set to "get rid of excess weight", do not ruin everything else on the way to the goal.

It is important even during the period of losing weight to give the body all the substances it needs, vitamins.

Our diet should be balanced even during the period of weight loss. By going on diets that require you to give up one of the nutrients (fat or carbohydrates), you figuratively speaking every day you undermine the foundation on which your well-being stands and every day the chance of collapsing everything more.

I hope that my words will make you think and make the right choice.

My only correct decision among many attempts to lose weight was the choice of counting calories and their small deficit, as well as the balance of the BZHU.

Thanks to nutritional control by counting CBFU, I managed not only to lose weight, but also manage to maintain a comfortable weight and, at the same time, I feel much better than before.

And for this you just need:

  • calorie control
  • balance of BZHU.

As an example of food on the count of KBZHU, I will show my menu for the day.

For breakfast sandwiches on homemade rye whole grain bread (85g) with 30 g of curd cheese and 90 g of salted pink salmon. And green tea with froth, my favorite.

Breakfast for 440 kcal.

I will share my observation regarding fish salting. If recently I just salted chum salmon or salmon with salt and lemon, without adding seasonings in the form of bay leaves or allspice, then when salting pink salmon, for my taste, seasonings are simply necessary. As for me, pink salmon has a characteristic smack, which the seasonings veiled.

In a reminder of recipes today, curd cheesecakes with berries and fish balls:

Today I have already calculated my entire menu at breakfast in advance on the basis of the available products and dishes. I saw what to add, what to subtract. I have recently had one problem: not enough fat.

Therefore, for a snack, I also added 25 g of nuts to the banana (105 g). Out on a snack 255 kcal.

For lunch, I warmed up chicken broth (400 g weight, with chicken drumstick meat), to which I added 70 g of boiled hard noodles.

And after lunch with tea I ate marshmallow (30 g).

Lunch, including with marshmallows went out on 400 kcal.

And for the evening there were chicken rolls with cheese in bacon. My portion of roll (165 g) with 200 g of vegetable salad seasoned with 5 g of olive oil went out to 500 kcal.

The result of the day is 1595 kcal. B - 113, F - 74, U - 119.

Like everyone again please? And there is soup, vegetables, fruits, and even marshmallow with bacon, and all this is within the framework of my KBZHU! But there are still discussions about a little or a lot of food on my menu, and I don’t know how I should be now, who to listen to - to reduce the amount of food, or, on the contrary, to increase it. Just kidding, of course, you can't please everyone and I know exactly who to listen to: first of all - myself and my body!
