Soft homemade biscuits with jam, it reminds me of the “Fiddling” cookies, which are sold in the store in packages, but even tastier, as everything tastes better with your own hands. Getting ready is not at all difficult, see for yourself.

Recipe:

Eggs -2pcs

Sugar -2 tbsp.

Flour -2st.l

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Jam - to taste

Chocolate -150g

Butter -40g

Milk -1-2 tbsp. (as needed)

COOKING METHOD

Divide 2 eggs into white and yolk. Add 2 tablespoons to the yolks. sugar and beat with a mixer until the yolks are clear. Put proteins in another bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat until firm peaks.

Now add the whites to the yolks and mix. Add 2 tbsp. l flour and mix again. I don't add baking powder.

For convenience, put the dough in a bag or pastry syringe.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Cut off the edge of the bag and form a cookie. I get 20 blanks from a given quantity.

Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry.

Put 150 grams of chocolate in a bowl, add 40 grams of butter and melt. I heat it in the microwave, put it on for 15 seconds, then take it out, stir it and put it on for another 15 seconds, I do this until it melts.

Now if the chocolate is thick, I add 1-2 tbsp. milk.

Now we put apricot jam on the blanks.

Grease with chocolate on top. We put in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

As the chocolate hardens, the cookies are ready.

Since the cookies turn out to be very tasty, I cook 2 servings at once, I have the second serving with plum jam and milk chocolate.

For a family tea party, these cookies are just perfect.
